King moving into check not allowed

Can a king move into check, if the opposing piece that puts the king in check, can't actually take the king, since the piece itself is pinned in front of his own king, and can not take my king because he would be exposing his own king to capture?

Hi,
No, it is against the chess rules to move your king into a check ( to a protected square ).

If the check-giving piece is pinned or not makes no difference at all.
