mid 1800 Selenus chess set

Hard to get good photos.. Ivory, 1830- 1850,
grandfather brought it over from Germany.

Trying to get a price ?? Couple very minor chips in two galleries.

I agree;the price should be arround $300

These sets are not too uncommon and were often made in bone not ivory the few chips won't make much difference to the value $400-500 I should think.
