1. e4 e5 2. Nc3
Vienna Game – White plays first move 1.e4 then 2.Nc3. This chess opening is not very popular and seldom played amongst chess grandmasters.
Be aware that when you play Nc3, then your knight obstructs the c-pawn, which becomes unusable. The c-pawn is often used to prepare a breakthrough in the center by playing c3. This move is not possible here anymore unless you move the knight.
